Installation is a bit of a hassle - I initially set it 6 inches higher than I should have because the instructions weren't clear on how high the screen would be above the frame. However, once it's in place, it looks like you could use it as a pull-up bar. Durability was my main concern prior to purchasing the binding and that is not an issue with this binding. an older 51-inch plasma that isn't as light as the current OLEDs, and I have two young children who I love dearly and don't want to crush. I trust this mount to hold my TV on the wall. The swivel does not tilt up/down, only side to side. So make sure you adjust the angle before placing your TV on it. It only has a few degrees of tilt, but it's enough for the TV to work anywhere in the room. Overall I'm very happy with this TV mount and would recommend it to anyone who has a larger TV that they sure need. installed on the wall.
