lumpy. Supplied in shrink wrap

This product was a real disappointment. It came in a tiny package about 6 inches long and wide, fully shrink-wrapped. After it comes out, it's very lumpy and the filler doesn't fill up the wrinkled tissue at all. The outer fabric is soft and the design is cute but chunky filled. looks very sloppy, buy something else.
