I have 4 of these bags so far and they take a beating, are very durable and well made. I've had them for a long time and can't complain. I would recommend considering what you will be carrying in your bag when purchasing this product as you may need the next size up. A tablet and small laptop with a few other items will suffice for this, but carrying a larger device has required me to step up to the next size and you won't be disappointed. Although the bag is larger, it is so well designed that it doesn't look like you have a suitcase strapped to your back. I am satisfied with this product and would recommend it. Thanks carmine
