This is a really great headset! The headband feels solid and is easily adjustable, even for people with large heads (like me). It's really comfortable to wear all day and the cable and mic work really well. I work from home in three different positions in a call center and take hundreds of calls a day. If the sound quality is bad, customers will definitely tell me. However, a microphone or headphones isn't exactly what I would call noise-cancelling. However, I really didn't expect them to be available at such a cheap price, but I hope to find much worse ones at much higher prices. Now let's get to the best. Oh, the great volume and mute controls. It was a wonderful surprise; I didn't realize how much I needed a mute button until they gave me one. I mean yes, I know I need it. You read the part where I said I take hundreds of calls a day, but this allows me to disconnect from the customer and the customer from me with a quick push of a button. HEAVEN! Second, the ability to use the USB port or port is a really nice feature because if you're like me, constantly turning USB ports on and off is very tiring, and it's nice to have another option too to have.
