Item arrived on time. Directions aren't the best, but Google and You Tube are the best for finding videos and directions. Make sure to look for Underwriters Knot - I didn't have this step in the video I used and found it after the fact, so I had to disassemble and redo my work to be on the safe side. This was my first time reinstalling lightbulbs and once you get the instructions right it's pretty quick and easy. So far the lights are working great. Now I'm going to move on to the two more complex lamps I have.
