Review on Bathroom Faucet Widespread Double Antique by William Stevenson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The polished nickel GOTONOVO faucet is amazing!

I've always been a brand person. While I'm not a bad plumber, I'm not a fan of plumbers. Not being a fan, I always reverse engineer/buy back for my work. There used to be fittings from well-known brands, many are of even higher quality. This best quality would reassure me. We recently decided to renovate the bathroom. I started looking for a new faucet by type of finish. When I saw this faucet, my wife and I were amazed at the look. The price was suspiciously low and it was clearly not a well-known brand. I read the reviews and most were very positive. I saw no regrets with the brushed nickel finish. The only area that had a few negative reviews was the retractable drain. Just in case, I bought the most expensive pop up drain I had at my local big box store. Pros: Brushed nickel is very beautiful. Very little plastic. A few months ago I bought a well-known brand faucet for almost double the price. This is a very good faucet but I was shocked at how much of what appeared to be metal was plastic. High quality sanitary fittings. The hoses are great, the valves seem good. Retractable drain. Yes, I wasn't worried. The materials and fit and finish were excellent. It was just as good as my expensive backup. Time will tell if the brushed nickel finish will hold up, but I was thrilled. As for the negative reviews, I suspect one of two things. Did they modernize it? Or. Did some buyers have installation problems? Problem Areas: Hot and cold labels look a bit cheap. They're made of plastic. The lettering is just ok. It's not as sharp as I'd like and it's not quite centered. Maybe I'm too picky. Self-doubt when I need support. All you get seems to be a very strange email address. That may be fine, but the email address appears to be a Hotmail address. In all my years in the plumbing business I've only approached a manufacturer for assistance once, so there's little chance I'll need their assistance. Overall I am happy with this faucet. If anything changes over time I will update my review.
