In no case do not give in and do not stretch.
They fit me but I found the material has very little stretch which is a problem for pajama bottoms, they are difficult to roll up or carry a lot, the material is very stiff and doesn't stretch. although they are good at it. I wouldn't buy it again even though it was very cheap.
