SO yes. It does what it's supposed to do. The installation is quite easy. Make sure the plate is clean, it doesn't hurt to walk on it with Iso. The edges are pressed. THEN use a heat gun or blow dryer to give them a good run to activate the crappy glue. It takes a little longer, but it really helps them hold on and not curl around the edges.
