This is not OEM as advertised. These are cheap Chinese knockoffs and fit as such. For those who sell/make them, if you want to pass them off as authentic, you could try a little harder and not put them in a crappy cardboard box with everything written in Hanzi.

This was a must have for my 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. In fact, I found out because my significant other has a hard time getting in the jeep and banging on the door with her clunky shoes. They were easy to install, looked like a quality product, and protected my jeep from the other half. I also like the real Jeep logo on it. You would think Jeep would make this a factory item for the price you pay for it these days.

Looks great. Easy to install. Make sure to clean the room with alcohol wipes before installation, just stick them on and you're done. Looks from the factory (probably the way it should be). The only problem is that they're pretty easy to tag, but at least they offer protection. Much cheaper than the stainless steel (which kept popping up) that I bought for my last Jeep. They're pretty safe and fit better. Costs money.

I had a 2012 Wrangler that didn't have them and the constant dragging of shoes/boots over the doorsill scratched the paintwork and eventually started to rust. Arrived even quicker when the jeep was up and it was harder to get over the windowsill without "touch and go land". I chose my 2018 JKU Rubicon and added them before the scratches got too bad. Easy installation, looks like it belongs (matches the Jeep style waffle floor mats in the car) and offers excellent protection.

I bought these for my 2017 Jeep Rubicon Unlimited. They were easy to install and I didn't have any security issues as other reviewers have pointed out. I'm guessing the bad reviewers didn't use the included alcohol wipes to wipe down the door sill before installing the sill protector. Simply do a "dry fit" to get an idea of the correct and most comfortable position, then wipe the area with an alcohol wipe and stick. Additional glue is not required.

Not sure why this doesn't come with your jeep. I'm glad to have some protection because my paint has started rubbing off from people putting their foot in there when the doors are closed. Installation was easy, clean with the included alcohol wipe and 3m tape. Ready! Fits easily in my 2015 2 door Jeep Wrangler. Yes, I bought a 4-door because I couldn't find anything other than a 4-door. Who cares, it works and I'm happy. Doesn't affect standard doors or my half doors.

These door sills are essential for your Jeep. The adhesive is aggressive and you must have a perfect alignment and fit before opening the adhesive. My advice is to aggressively push the defense while you're peeling off the white streak, otherwise the defense will move and you may be unhappy that it moved. It also helps to peel off a very small portion of the strip before gluing. The strip may not separate well unless you start with a small part first.

Windowsills have a design error. There should be at least a 1/4 inch ledge at the top of the guard to allow it to sit and snap onto the top edge of the door sill. This will prevent them from being knocked down. I cleaned the rocker panels with denatured alcohol because it's 100% better than regular alcohol wipes. Then I removed the tape from the guards.
