I've had this CD for a long time. Bought mainly for travel. In a typical year I fly 75,000 to 10,000 miles per year, but this year 0.0. I thought this would be the perfect way to back up my photos from my phone and also air move them to my laptop without worrying about cables and drivers. So I haven't had a chance to test this product yet. I live in a car wash in Tucson where there is a big sign that says NO MOTOR VEHICLES PROHIBITED. I finally managed to film one of the many perpetrators and report him to the police, but try as I might, I couldn't transfer the video from my $1,000 Samsung phone to my computer. The file transfer driver didn't work and even after the update it just didn't work. I called Samsung and Comcast the carrier and service provider and they no longer support phones?! Then I remembered the flash drive! After hours of unsuccessful attempts, the video appeared on my desktop within seconds. It was plug and play and the easiest and fastest way to move files between devices with different USB types. I recommend this product unreservedly! It's meaty, well-made, and long-lasting. Buy one!
