I don't understand why the seller says this item is plug and play. For it to work you need to install the Miraplug program on your phone (which by the way doesn't work), I follow all the instructions and nothing happens. I scan a QR code (it says I'm updating the "ezcast" app). Long story short, I installed all the damn apps made by ezcast. None worked. My question. If it is a cable that needs to be plug and play. "WHY is software required? And if you want to sell a product that requires software, at least make sure it works. Tested in Note 3,5,8SGS8One plus 3
