After making sure they were charged I decided to take my dogs for a walk. When my phone was with me, the sound kept cutting out and randomly coming back. Of course it was annoying with the music turning on and off. I tried carrying the phone on my back or on my chest but the music played for a minute and the next minute it stopped. When I got home I put my phone on the counter to see how far I could go before the bluetooth stopped connecting. Well it was a lot further than my ear to my waist. Perhaps you have a broken pair because the audio plays for a few minutes and then for seemingly no reason cuts out and becomes static. So I will go if I can get a spare pair. It's a shame because they got a lot of good reviews from other people.
