LOVE this product on 5-HTP

I LOVE this product. My son has been taking it for ADHD for years. I recently started taking it myself for fibromyalgia pain. It doesn't make me sleepy but clears my head at night so I can sleep. My son and I had no side effects. I take this 2 times a day and don't dare pass it up as I've found it's the only thing that helps me get rid of the pain and helps me sleep at night.

Pros

PROMOTES HEALTHY SLEEP: 5-HTP is a precursor to serotonin and has also been positively linked to regulating healthy sleep patterns. Sleep quality can be controlled by regulating the GABA(A) receptor and GABA levels with the addition of 5-HTP.
