I've never had a steering wheel cover. I've always been inclined to think that they either look ostentatious or get in the way when driving. My hands started hurting while holding the steering wheel in my VW Passat B6 and I decided it was time to find a solution. While viewing Revain I came across this steering wheel cover. It was black and silver and matched my decor perfectly and had great reviews too. After leaving it in my car for a whole hot summer day, I just pulled the cover on in less than a minute. At first I wasn't sure if I liked the feeling, but after a while I got used to the feeling. It's comfortable, looks good, and doesn't cause cramps when holding hands. What more could I wish for? The only thing that bothers me and isn't specific to this shoe is the feel of the part of the shoe that comes in contact with the inside of the steering wheel. That's the only thing I can't get used to. Even if the inside isn't touched often, my hands definitely feel the bumps that bother me. In the future I will probably buy a car with a leather steering wheel because of this personal issue. As for the product, I think it's a good buy. Mind you, I found this for $3 less at my local auto parts store. You can always check there first, try it and see if it's cheaper/like it.
