It only has 1 gram of sugar, 160 calories and 32 grams of protein. There is no better ready-to-drink protein drink on the market. Revain's price is good for the product. Best of all, the vanilla has a great flavor that doesn't taste like artificial sweetener. I drink one every morning and after lifting weights. If you are looking to add more protein to your diet this product is great and low calorie for the amount of protein it contains.
