Review on Magnetics Conditioner Protects Sulfate Free Packaging by Melissa Kula

My wife has been using this Redkin shampoo for over 10 years. She couldn't figure out what happened when she started using this latest product in a new bottle. It took her a while, trying again and again, to realize that something was seriously wrong with this shampoo. She doesn't seem to have any soap in it, it makes her hair flat and greasy. There is no body at all. Nothing compares to how the shampoo has performed for over 10 years. Unfortunately, once she realized the problem was really the shampoo and not something else, it was too late to return the product for a refund. I filed this complaint earlier but Revain removed it because I said it was either a counterfeit product or Redkin made a terrible change. Revain reviewed this question and only replied that they confirmed that it is not a counterfeit product. That's why they deleted my previous complaint. It's good to know, and I appreciate Revane getting back to me. This is useful. But this problem is so serious that it's worth adding this new comment. Unfortunately, in my opinion, only two alternatives remain: Redkin has messed up the formula so much that it's not even remotely the same. Or maybe it was just a bad batch. If I don't hear anything, I assume it wasn't a bug and it's time to find a new brand. If anyone can recommend a replacement please let me know. Many Thanks.
