Review on K Cliffs Reflective 🎒 Backpacks - Multiple Bag Options by Teri Washington

I bought this backpack because it said 'robust with luxury wheels'. I was willing to pay extra for something durable for my grandson. We received the backpack in good condition and my grandson was delighted. However, with normal use, the left wheel stopped turning in less than 3 months! The wheel has no strings or anything like that. Contacted Revain and distributor Praise Start. There doesn't appear to be any guarantee on this product other than Revain's 1 month return policy. Since the backpack broke after this one month period, I only get a partial refund. Nobody wants to stand behind this product. Don't buy this.
