we made pizza for dinner while the stone dried. I looked at this leaf and decided to try it on pizza. It worked amazingly well! The dough baked evenly, the pizza slid off instantly, and even the dirty cheese rose instantly. We've made pizza with a rising crust, and the crust has never risen so well with this sheet - even better than a stone. Yes, it's great for cookies too, but to be honest, we make pizza more often and will use it more often.
