FitX is a quality arm brace with great workmanship and really sticky velcro and the customer service seems excellent. The company sent me an e-book with great instructions which I followed to the letter, but for some reason the braces didn't work for me. I didn't feel like it did anything for my tennis elbow. I bought a Simien brace to compare them and I liked the Simien much better. I'm sure it's more of a personal preference than anything else, but I'm 74 and have a pretty small gun. The Simien braces come with two straps (small and large), while the FitX only has one long strap. With my smaller hands I like the short strap fit of the Simien so I kept the Simien and returned the FitX for a refund.
