Good quality and good product
I read the reviews before ordering and I liked what I read. I had to make 100 wedding gifts asap. When I received them I liked them, the quantity was good and I liked the title so I was 2 packs short when I was almost done. Thank god I know how to sew and checked the previous one I bought but the hat wasn't enough. That's why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5. In the end everything worked out well and I will buy them again and hopefully there are 100 packs in them.
