I gave this product 5 stars because in this type of product you can grind nuts better than in a food processor. Food processors release the oils in the nuts, and if you accidentally process too much, you'll end up with nut butter. This grinds the nuts and no oil comes out. I've used a similar Swedish grinder for years, for example when a cookie recipe calls for ground almonds. My Swedish coffee grinder, on the other hand, was pressed firmly against the edge of the counter. Westmark relies on suction power. Not so great. The counter must be clean and dry. The same is located at the bottom of the coffee grinder. It pops up as other reviewers have complained. But the quality of the ground nuts is so much better than with the processor that I've resigned myself to the inconvenience. It also grinds fairly quickly, so you can have a large bowl of ground nuts in minutes. Highly recommended despite suction problems.
