I just unpacked my GE hob but didn't plug it in. I installed new propane chambers and the instructions on how to do this are very incomplete. This indicates the correct direction for the hole in each burner to go. However, this is where it all ends. It doesn't say anything about the 12 screws that need to be loosened to get to the burner where the holes are. Renting offices for natural gas is not a problem with a small set of outlets and an extension cord. Now try to insert a new hole without dropping it into the dark hole. Here you need to remove 12 screws to get the top of the burners to the offices. Also, I found some papers with additional instructions hidden under the top of the hob. They will light up if not removed. GE Should work better.
