We needed very short cords to use portable chargers with our phones and they work great. So far they have worked with three different iPhones and three different portable chargers. They also work great in the charging car where I have the charger in the cigarette lighter and then my phone right above it in one of those holders that sit on top of the air vent. Now I don't have a 3 foot cable dangling from the side of the center console. Ideal!
