This 3 step process did the trick on the first use! We’ve used it every bath since for 3 weeks and cradle cap has not returned.
Pros
- This made removing cradle cap so easy! I only had to use it once and it was all gone

- The sponge may absorb too much water and become too heavy for easy handling
