I bought this bed for my 8 year old daughter and she loves it so far. However, it is very firm with very little spring or rebound. She used to have a spiral mattress, so she initially missed the opportunity to "jump into" her old one. but after a few nights of sleep on this one, she said this one was much better. To be honest she has been using it for over a week now and sleeps soundly every night! She used to wake up 2 maybe every 3 nights. She has been all her life and has never been a slumber. Her father and I also napped on that mattress and we were both in love. If you like firm mattresses, this option might be for you! The mattress itself came very quickly and was well packaged. It's small enough for one person to move and unpack on their own. It took us 24 hours to completely rebuild it. We didn't notice the smell of a "new mattress". Overall we are very happy with this mattress. It was a real find! I hope this review was helpful.
