I've used this mouthguard longer than any other I've bought. I had to trim off some excess material (blue gel part) after shaping, but the fit is amazing. I can wear it comfortably while sparring and can even talk to my students to give them a little practice. The language is not perfect, but better than most kappas. I replaced it with something else just because I was sick and thought that wearing the same mouthguard over and over again might end up getting sick again when I'm better. Fitting it was easy, but it's very different from most other mouthguards, so make sure to follow the instructions carefully.
