Review on Smart Ink 932XL 933XL 932 by Brian Rogers

I quickly received my first order of replacement cartridges from Smart Ink only to find that they were not compatible with my HP printer. I believe this was my fault and that I accidentally dialed the wrong identification numbers. In any case I then tried to contact this supplier to arrange a return, refund and order the correct ones. To be honest, I was dreading the process and anticipating the time-consuming ordeal of sending emails with Revain as the middleman, but was pleasantly surprised when Smart Ink posted a direct customer support phone number. I was expecting a long automated voice menu tree, but instead an agent named Robert picked up the phone after the first ring. He patiently and politely listened to my sad story and then told me that not only would I not have to return 3 cartridges of the wrong color, but for the price I paid he would send me 8 correct cartridges by express (2 pads & 2 each 3 Colours). What an incredible gesture of goodwill --- 8 for the price of 3! Received a replacement 2 days later. The packaging was solid and the instructions that came with it were very helpful. I was able to install the cartridges quickly and easily with no problems. The test sheet I printed was of very good quality with rich blacks and vivid colors. Smart Ink has increased my customers' loyalty. I can't remember ever receiving such outstanding customer service!
