If you are thinking of installing a clutch in a car for a beginner this is a very good fit. The friction zone is slightly wider than a standard clutch, but becomes very severe when adjusted. My daughter had problems with the "grabbing" stock clutch in the Beetle 1.8T and often stopped at traffic lights, but she described it as a "cloudy clutch". The clutch release bearing was damaged in transit due to the flywheel bouncing around in the box. Also, mine didn't have a centering tool and I was concerned that the hitch might come off center during shipping.
