I love this bag so much! I like the shape and how you can change it. Each end has 2 leather "slaves" with buttons. If you pull/connect them together, you will get the image in the photo. Also great extra "security" for a bag that only closes with latches. Leaving them open allows you to pull out the ends and get the look of a more traditional tote bag. This bag has a beautiful bottom. Bottom - thick leather (or leatherette). I didn't even think about it until I had to put my new beautiful clean bag on a nearly clean floor. At this point I checked the floor and was pleased to find that it was durable and cleanable. I also like the deep inner pockets - 2 open pockets on one side and 1 zip pocket on the other. Things don't fall out of open pockets because. they are beautiful and deep. I keep a small pack of tissues (Kleenex wipes) in my bag. The lining is NOT black. This is NOT a dark color. This is a fun, lightweight print. It makes finding items in my bag MUCH easier. The handles ate a large length of the shoulder strap. The fabric woven on the outside is such a fresh summer design!
