Large size for all sizes and shapes of bread loaves. After it has completely cooled down, I put the bread directly into the bag without any additional packaging. One goes straight to the freezer, the other sits on the kitchen table. The bread stays fresh and the loaf from the freezer doesn't burn or lose flavor even after a week in the freezer. Do not keep bread in the freezer for more than a week to 10 days.
