I have 3 of these. My original was an ordinary metal funnel of this shape. These new plastic bottles are better for two reasons. 1 they have a built-in filter to catch any particles that may be present in the fuel. 2, A vent is built into the funnel to allow the fuel to flow smoothly into the Coleman fuel tank, rather than "boule, boule, boule”. when to stop filling the funnel and your tank may overflow.
