Fits well and is lined
We used this for the school party 2-22-22. It fit perfectly and was lined which is much better for comfort. I also liked the length. It wasn't so little!

- It was perfect! My oldest daughter (4 years old) wore it for my son's first birthday.
Cons
- The skirt is likely to be difficult to clean and keep clean due to the thin tulle material.
