I bought this ink set to replace the ink cartridges that came with my Canon printer after reading the great reviews it had received. I had absolutely no problems with the color cartridges I received, but when I replaced the black PGI-280 cartridge I had problems with whole lines missing from the pages. So I called the company and unexpectedly (especially these days!) reached a real person. I explained the problem to her and she sent me a complete set of new ink cartridges as soon as possible (although I only had problems with black ink). In total, I spoke on the phone for about five minutes. I received it in three days and the new ink cartridge worked great. She even emailed to make sure I received the new cartridges and they are working fine. This company has the best customer service I have ever experienced. And their product is reasonably priced considering they support the product and care about their customers if you have a problem. Now I will buy paint from this company.
