I was reluctant to buy a cheaper ink cartridge as after using it I had serious problems with my Lexmark printer and had to throw the printer away. Nothing wrong with that, they work great and I don't see any degradation in print quality. I would highly recommend them to anyone tired of paying the outrageous cost of factory cartridges.

I thought it was a legitimate option to avoid overpriced Canon ink. So I took a chance, although I suspect the latest generic ink was the cause of the early demise of my previous Canon. This ink worked for the first 6 months (one set of ink) but now it's a huge failure. I've had printing problems since November 2019. Deep cleaning after deep cleaning. I used more ink in the deep cleaning than in the actual printing. It gets a little better for a while, and then nothing prints black anymore. bad

I bought a set of 6 cartridges but only had a problem with one of the cartridges. I contacted their customer service department and got an immediate response. They replaced the entire set of 6 cartridges. This is more than I expected and I am grateful and impressed with the quality of their service and the quality of print I get from the cartridge. Will definitely buy again and recommend.

I bought this ink set to replace the ink cartridges that came with my Canon printer after reading the great reviews it had received. I had absolutely no problems with the color cartridges I received, but when I replaced the black PGI-280 cartridge I had problems with whole lines missing from the pages. So far I've only replaced the magenta cartridge in my printer (TS8120) but the ink already looks almost identical on the nozzle check page, the only problem is that in preparation for When the cartridge was inserted, the sponge that held the ink was so saturated it almost looked like it was dripping. I've waited a while to post a review, wanted to see how the cartridges work. So far I haven't had any problems with these cartridges compared to Canon's OEM cartridges. The printer recognizes the cartridge and prints without any problems, I have not yet noticed a difference in print quality. The only thing I can't say is how long the cartridge will last, but to be honest the originals aren't very durable either. I hope that since they are XXL they will last longer than the OEM units I have used

These cartridges were fine for the first few weeks of use. A month later parts of the site were blank. For example, if I had to fill out a form. The original texts of the form are printed. But when I typed it came up blank. If I ever had to print shipping labels. Only Barcode and FEDEX will come out. The rest of the page was blank. Large and small black cartridges replaced with Smart Ink compatible cartridges. About the next twenty printed pages were just blank pages of text, there were one or more fuzzy lines, and sometimes it was even impossible to see what was printed. The few color pages that were printed caused no problems. I replaced those two black cartridges with Canon cartridges and the problem was gone.
