Overall this is a pretty good buy. The sound quality of these Air1 Plus headphones is excellent, the best sound quality I've heard from a pair of headphones (although these are the most expensive I've bought). The music sounds great and the voices don't sound tinny, but I could use some more bass. Bluetooth pairing is easy, just make sure you take both earbuds out of the case at the same time if you want to use them both - they offer single-ear pairing, and if you're only pairing one earbud at first you'll have to pair the other individually be paired. However, Bluetooth isn't very strong, so you have to stay relative to your source (phone, laptop). I tested this at work by moving some distance away from my desk and walking around my work building, and they only really stayed firmly connected when I was still in the same room as my laptop. Any further distance was spotty. I've had no problems with it for video calls, although the audio is more muffled than I expected. Don't worry, the mic works great. The charging case is amazing and big enough that I don't lose it at the bottom of my bag. I also love the color options this company offers - gold classy and classic. I probably would have given these headphones 5 stars if I hadn't been sent a clearly open and previously used pair. When they arrived, the plastic box was open and broken, and the contents were scattered all over the Revain box, which didn't inspire much confidence in the headphones' function. They seem to work great though, and I cleaned them thoroughly when I saw there was what looked like someone's earwax on the silicone pads (phew). I probably should have returned them for that reason, but I needed this pair for work calls as my previous pair had completely stopped working. One star off for worry free shipping and not bothering to inspect the returned item before sending it to someone else. When you ship returned items, at least let the buyer know they are buying a used item. I wish I had bought them directly from the Happy Plugs website as I'm not sure if this was a Revain issue or a Happy Plugs issue. Overall a great pair of headphones but a poor experience with shipping and handling. pair returned. Instead of Revain, you can order directly from the manufacturer.
