The Venu is a great watch but the week I've had it I've had a headache. I called Revain support twice: once about the inability to check the time using gestures, and the second time about the horrible "IQ!" icon on the screen. Revane was friendly but didn't know much about the clock. They got me restarting my watch, turning it on and off, and reinstalling the Garmin IQ app. These steps fixed the issues temporarily. With the continued "IQ!" error, I called Garmin tech support who said the issue was related to using a third-party watch face app that I installed with the Garmin IQ. He said Garmin is not responsible for any issues caused by third-party apps on their site. Garmin has provided a watchface app on their website that I can install. So I went back to Garmin IQ to install a Garmin watch face but found reviews saying they couldn't get multiple Garmin watch faces to work on their Venu or they also got "IQ!" error icons. Most Garmin Watch Faces Don't Display Heart Rate - WHAT! Why buy a fitness watch and not show heart rate and calories? What does Garmin mean? I am very disappointed and will be sending the watch back in 7 days.
