I got this for my husband who has some weight to loose. I read another review to order up and I did, XXL. Well the waist adjusts and fits him. The length is a little long for his 6'1 height. He finds these training pants comfortable and as long as he likes them, I'm happy. I honestly think they appear too baggy for him.
