Review on 💧 AQUACREST GXSV65R Replacement Filter: Enhanced Compatible Filtration for Clear and Refreshing Water by Duane Kerr

I usually buy them once I've installed new ones I have on hand. So I just opened a pack I bought from Revain a while ago (same system model EFF-6023S) and found that this product is no longer ANSI/NSF 53 certified for VOCs, Cysts and Drugs or Lead. The lead-free claim is only about the product itself and how it's made, not what it can filter. The new accompanying brochure contains only one line of chlorine taste and smell information. The companion booklet for the previous kit of the same model number (EFF-6023S) contains 15 lines of media filtration information including substances such as benzene, lead, bisphenol A, and mercury, among others. So this 2-pack only claims to filter out chlorine (ANSI/NSF 42). Another subtle label change is that the new version is called AQU-FQSVF, while the older set with more complete filtering is called AQU-FQSVF-D (which I can't find anywhere else on Revain or anywhere else. In conclusion, you get a lot less filtering for Your money, I will not buy again.
