PULAISEN is Not Up to Par When It Comes to Customer Service

The customer service at PULAISEN leaves a lot to be desired, despite the fact that they have a fantastic assortment of products for arts and crafts as well as sewing. During the process of placing my transaction, I ran into a few problems, and the customer care personnel was neither helpful nor timely. The website is straightforward to explore, but there were some technical issues when I was trying to complete my purchase. When I contacted customer service for assistance, I had to wait many hours before I received a response, and even after waiting that long, the support representative wasn't very competent and didn't provide any information that was of any use to me. When my order did finally arrive, I was very dissatisfied to see that one of the products had been broken while it was being shipped. I attempted to get in touch with the customer care department in order to make arrangements for a replacement or a refund, but I did not receive a response. In the end, I was forced to buy the item once more, but this time from a different retailer. My buying experience at PULAISEN was both annoying and inconvenient due to the poor quality of the customer service, despite the fact that the products themselves are of a high quality. I would advise other people to proceed with care when dealing with this firm and to have a fallback strategy ready in the event that something goes wrong with their order.
