My complaint: I thought I was buying a new product, I think I bought this case used and didn't pay attention to it. As there was no product packaging or information in the box, I did not test the case with water (so please test the container empty, yes). Water resistance shouldn't be an issue if it slips into a shower, water tub or shallow water hole and breaks out quickly. The touchscreen overlay is a flexible film that does not protect the screen from impacts on non-existent surfaces; Also, it doesn't lay directly on the iPod's screen.
