We have 2 of these (purple and pink with a kitten). She went for both, which is a huge win when trying to convince a young child to wear an eye patch! This is the best eye patch so far. Blocking views from every angle is very important and this patch does a great job. The fabric will curl up a bit over time, but a design that covers all corners is still worth it. Works best on glasses with a nose piece. Our 4 year old girl has 2 glasses of the same prescription and usually wears this eye patch over glasses which are painted metal frames with a standard nose piece (she wears them 2 hours a day). Plastic frames with a smooth nose section still work, but you have to cut a bigger hole in the nose and the eye patch fits the skin better (our daughter says it feels different when we use them with these glasses, but she says that it is still good) ). She never had any skin irritation from it.
