Wrong print paper size given for ordering with this printer
Thermal print paper that was supposed to be the paper you ordered when you ordered the printer. It came with a small roll, when used the new one was too big for the diameter of the printer so the lid wouldn't close, so I took off enough so the roll was small enough for the job. They sent me rolls, probably 230ft, and the Star 300i probably takes 80ft or 100ft rolls. Trying to find 31/8 in wide thermal paper that is 80 or 100 feet long. We need to use the center of the roll to roll up the excess for use in the printer.
