They should run for up to 10 hours on battery power. We can have 4 to 5 hours. Not at all what I expected. Absolutely the worst I've ever had. Please reconsider the purchase. It got to the point where they switched off "fully charged" during the broadcast! I needed it precisely because I am disabled (survived 2 strokes and 3 heart attacks and 3 bypasses). My house is very solid, so my daughter lives with me to help me. I have bad balance and a weak right side, so unfortunately I fall. at least a few times a month and I have a bad heart too. She doesn't hear me calling her from the other side of the house. (Mostly room to room with the fans running. They are useless. I returned them when they actually received what I think is dangerous. Shutdown or not keeping the battery charged after 5 hours at best? Money well spent .
