I was very excited to try this product. "Great", I thought, "no more wax!" First problem: This product stuck to the protective cover. Finally, I pulled the lid off - nearly half of the jar's contents are still viciously clinging to the lid and applied the product according to the directions (which, by the way, are on-site only). The "paste" is like stupid putty, too soft and pliable, it removed NO HAIRS! It doesn't harden or harden, it just sits and hair doesn't stick to it. So tearing it off is like peeling off stupid putty - at least the stupid comic putty ink that was used to stick it. gave up and left the jar in the forest to the delight of the bears - after all it's organic!
