Poor quality leather, poor lining

Cute but the lining is ridiculously large and makes me feel like I'm rummaging through the sheets to find my stuff. This annoys me a lot, you can't see your stuff in the bag because it's buried in the extra fabric and it's easy to lose things all over the fabric. The leather material has a strange effect: it turns gray when rubbed against something. Not sure what is causing this. I have never had such problems with my wallet. I've already used it so I can't return it, but if I ever decide to use it again the seamstress will arrange for the lining to be repaired.
