UPDATE: I am happy to say that the company deserves 5 stars from me. They not only sent me new glasses but told me not to bother returning the glasses I had which made it completely hassle free! The new glasses and case were clearly new, they increased durability to 2.0 and I originally ordered purple (it looked more like lavender or pink) and the new pair is dark purple. Customer service was outstanding! Response was immediate and they went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the product. I still stand by my original rating - these are the best readers I've ever had. They are very light - you forget you're wearing them! The lenses are very clear and sharp. Will definitely be ordering more pairs as I lose them a lot 😊 So glad I have them! I was very happy about these glasses and I like them very much! I gave it three stars because I received a used pair - one lens had streaks and curved glass, and the lettering on the case was partially scratched. I have contacted the seller to purchase new glasses and will change my rating to one star if this is the case. than others that I have the same strength. I've asked the seller to replace me with a 2.0 and if that's the case and it's better I'll up my rating by another star. Overall it's really great and I hope they take the time to give me a five star rating. I will update.
