I just couldn't believe how pathetic the data transfer speeds were on this Gigastone Z60 64GB USB 3.1 Flash Drive 5 Pack. Literally no better than a 2.0 flash drive. I have an 8 year old Kingston flash drive and it revolves around this flash drive. I transferred multiple 4.65GB files to each drive. Transferring data to the Gigastone Z60 64GB 5-Pack USB 3.1 Flash Drive took a meager 7.5 minutes, while transferring data to my Kingston took just two minutes. The Gigastone Z60 64GB 5-Pack USB 3.1 Flash Drive had an average transfer rate of 15MB/s, while the Kingston averaged over 38MB/s. All of this suggests that the Gigastone Z60 64GB 5-Pack USB 3.1 Flash Drive falls a long way short of the advertised speed of "up to" 60MB/s. I didn't check the reading speed, I didn't want to waste time. I am returning the Gigastone Z60 64GB USB 3.1 Flash Drive 5 Pack.
