5/5 for receiver. 0/5 for remote control. I recently owned a Sony DN1080 and came back after seeing how much better this Denon is. Very impressed with the receiver in every way. Except for the remote control. It's criminally bad and cheap. It feels like the toy is made out of cheap plastic that even tries to imitate brushed metal. Let's do it now. The buttons are so rubbery and raised like they're sold for nursing homes. Remote access is something you don't risk today. You use and keep it all the time. Luckily I have an awesome Nvidia Shield remote that is CEC synced so there is no need to use a Denon clunker.
