I've had mine for a long time and it works perfectly. I like that I can measure the temperature. This makes for a nice big curl, wave or just a lift. however you use it. I wear a bob with slightly twisted curls at the ends that are pulled up at the crown and parting. I haven't had any problems and I don't seem to have damaged my hair from using it. I think this is the best size. I don't want tiny curls all over and most smaller diameter curls are too frizzy for me. Love the lift and the soft curl and it is delivered beautifully. When it's cold and not on I just wipe it down with some glass cleaner, some soap and sink. I let it dry completely before use. There are no problems with the grip, the hair is not pulled or torn. The design is not complicated. Very great product. I will buy again if something happens to what I have now. But I think that will happen in a few years. Mine looks and acts like new!
