Some of these may be broken

I was a little annoyed that one of the bulbs was unusable because the bottom wasn't screwed in properly because there were dried chemicals in the bottom. But otherwise they are fine, but at least one in the box has turned out to be unusable. I only need two so I don't know the others in the package.
